I've been meaning to buy a bike for cardio but I either forget to get one or the timing isn't great.

 

Frig who needs a bike anyway when sets of deadlifts makes me huff and puff like a mofo.

It's true that you don't need cardio if you get your heart-rate high enough with heavy lifting :)

Heh if you get fat enough your heart rate will be high all the time so that means non stop cardio!
