Bleh did not feel like it today, but did it anyway.

well, diet is supposedly 80% of your ability to either lose weight or to gain muscle...

Speaking of diet, I'm finna smash these nutrigrain, sit on my arse for half an hour then lift all kinds of weights... All kindzzz

awesome :spoton: good progress :showoff:  I was supremely confident you'd go wayyyy past me again :) mostly because you're actually doing heavy weighted squats and I'm not, even when the gym is open ahha

I did my 3x6 with 80kg which is all I have programmed.

 

Your inspirational post before got me hyped up so I did an extra; 1 rep of 100, 1 rep of 120 then tried some unracking to get a feel for the weight again.

 

130, 150, 170, 190 then 200kg.

 

The old 1 inch barbell wasn't too happy about it lol.
