I found a 28kg one in Adelaide. It is $129.

You could probably hit up a foundry and get one custom made fairly cheap.

Edit: Found a heavier and cheaper one. I'll keep looking lol.

Nice. Are you going to purchase?

Also, committed to training... Drove over to Cooma (68km/45min) to get to the closest anytime fitness.

It's on the list but not at the top.

I think I'll have to get an early workout in tomorrow cos it's going to be 42 degrees and the shed still ain't got no cooling :oooh:

So much for it being 42 today. 34 is still a bit warm for lifting but much nicer than 42. It's still rising though, it's gone up 0.4 of a degree in 5 minutes.

The shed is indoor and outdoor is in the shade near the house.

I'll try not to.

So far I've just removed a bunch of weight from my barbell and it's already too hot.

Oh well they aren't going to lift themselves. I'll be back in an hour or so.

I can wholeheartedly say that farken sucked. It was too hot and by the end I think I was overheating cos my strength went way down.

I still made some gains though.

fair dinkum... it's got to be brutal in anything above 35... although you wouldn't even need to "warm up"...
