Pazz I reckon you should do like, for example Bicep workouts, with youtube vids so we know what they are, for like the main muscle groups..

For example all the chest workouts you mentioned above but with vids so its easy to see what your talking about.

Not a bad idea Mika, but theres like a 100 on youtube. Just type the exercise into youtube and bang it's up, if you want a awesome bicep exercise will post a video as there 1 really good one. Actually not a bad idea at all, will use STAINOnegger as my student in the vids.

Yeah but on youtube going through the 100 to find the one I'd trust is the problem.. I've never seen you but I'd trust you more than youtube, plus Ben as your guinea pig, why not lol..
