I can certainly say its helped my bad back get better to the point I bare notice any pain there now. Though I take it slow gettin out of bed still ... I'm doing push bike riding for aerobic exercise. Those aches and pains might just need some extra help to dissipate. Fwiw I found the best cure for a sore back is to increase core strength.
