I can certainly say its helped my bad back get better to the point I bare notice any pain there now. Though I take it slow gettin out of bed still ... I'm doing push bike riding for aerobic exercise. Would jog but suspect my knees would play up. Those aches and pains might just need some extra help to dissipate. Fwiw I found the best cure for a sore back is to increase core strength. Slowly slowly mate and those cobwebs in the knees and other joints will disappear.
