Never missing legs again. So farked after todays session. Could push no where near what I could 3 months ago. Probably feel 25 to 30% short of what I could push before.

Legs every week now.

Got a pb on dead lifts this morning. 100kgs of weights. Only reason its a pb because I have been working alot on my grip. So I got ten reps out without losing my grip by the 3 or 4th rep like I normally do. So my goal is to keep adding 5 to 10 kgs a week. One day I would like to be able to do a 150 lift.

You'll get there sooner than you think. Deadlifts are great for improving overall strength.

love hate relationship with them but they are super beneficial!
