Only reason its a pb because I have been working alot on my grip. So I got ten reps out without losing my grip by the 3 or 4th rep like I normally do. So my goal is to keep adding 5 to 10 kgs a week. One day I would like to be able to do a 150 lift. Deadlifts are great for improving overall strength.love hate relationship with them but they are super beneficial!
