Yes, but you did very proud of my pet project aswell, even with the group of girls in which I might add have helped look good, and they do look good I have to say, they where chatting to him and still kept his mind on the job[ mine was not though haha ]. he is much stronger than me when it comes to ignoring hot women, will give him that much. Now young warrior enjoy your 2 days off while I go out tonight and meet up with some of the girls[ cannot belive you said no]

So do you gyus train only one muscle group per day?

I see soem of you say stuff like "Im doing arms tonight" or "Im doing chest tonight"

Does this mean you only train each group once per week?

Yeah once is enough when natural, don't forget when training back biceps get a workout again, and when doing chest and shoulders triceps come into it a extra 2 times. this sport is something you have to workout yourself no matter how much advice you get, as what works for me does not work for you. Some people train a lagging bodypart 2 times a week and I know a guy who trains back once every 2 weeks as it grows out of control. I train calfs upto 3 times a week as it's one of the hardest parts to grow. Hope this helps you out.
