D-Stunner is some crazy sh*t at 5:30am. Wears off in an hour though. Definately the worst tasting pwo on the market. Absolute pool cleaner to drink.

Craze will always have a place in my heart :(

RIP Craze :(

Having a home gym is great, but when you try and get rid of it after, you can't even give it away...

Ive had just a basic pec deck machine in my garage for fkn ages.. A lot of people want it, but they have no room to put it..

BTW 108.2kg.. then nearly two weeks of birthdays, the taste of melbourne and a bucks weekend, not caring about eating clean and drinking everything, back to 110.. But I'm back on the grind....

What's the goal weight MiKa?

I've been in a similar lull the last three months. Lost 2 kilos but most likely muscle loss and fat gain. Hurt my back a month or so ago and had to take it easy and now I'm finding it hard to get back into a routine. Poor diet, hayfever, and the heat haven't helped.

Typical dog at my gym membership excuses though. Motivation just hasn't been there since the weather has warmed up.

Ive set mini goals.. one was 110 which I was stoked to have reached, next 100, but main goal is ~90kg, but depending on how I look really I may be happy at 100 who knows..

Hard to gauge with weight alone. I've been the heaviest ever in my life these last six months (almost 79kg at 5'7") yet I've looked a lot plumper in years gone by. Holding a fair amount mass in my legs now which is the main difference I guess.
