Nah not yet I have a mate that's a trainer at a gym I'm yet to speak to, maybe he can hook it up..

That's where your wrong young Warrior, I do forearms which means you will be doing forearms. Yes other exercises help them to grow but we want them to GROW. Sorry did I forget the part where I told you we train them?

Chest will probably do it if you go hard enough, you want it to be in your system though so you do just throw it all back up.

My 2 cents-someone who has trained for about 7yrs consistently over a span of 10.

used to be outright nuts about getting a 2-3 protein drinks a day...after training,before bed..if I missed it I would make sure I had a protein bar lying around somewhere...

the last 2yrs havent had 1 protein drink...eating 3 square meals a day with snacks in between...

have I lost size? no..I still weigh around 118-120kg (im just under 6'3)

have I lost strength?no...

I have however changed my whole routine from the typical weder magazines 3x8 supersets ron coleman centurion mass blaster to powerlifting & weightlifting type routines...

you will have to try what works for you...dont give up..it takes time...
