For those into their supps.

I currently take c4 as a preworkout and use ON 100% whey protein post-workout. Currently trying to put on some more size before summer so thinking about increasing my supp intake

Was thinking of adding a good multi-vit (I know these are generally good anyway), BCAA's and Glutaime. Looking at about $100 for a couple of month supply so just wondering if there is much gain to be had and whether its value for money? Current diet consists of eating a decent amount, mostly carbs and protein.

Will also be getting some l-carnitine for summer time. Bodybuilding.com has a buy one get one free sale on it at the moment

Bit of an update.

It's been 5 1/2 weeks doing this program have lost 7kgs.

Diet is strict and starting to use heavier weights.

Leaning up is hard especially trying to lose the gut from sitting around for 9 weeks with a broken foot.

5 weeks down 7 to go!

Had a big leg day on the weekend, did 7 plates each side on the leg press which I was proud of. Did 280kg 3x10.. Gonna up the weight next time gonna shoot for 300kg and see what happens..
