Currently trying to put on some more size before summer so thinking about increasing my supp intakeWas thinking of adding a good multi-vit (I know these are generally good anyway), BCAA's and Glutaime. Looking at about $100 for a couple of month supply so just wondering if there is much gain to be had and whether its value for money? Current diet consists of eating a decent amount, mostly carbs and protein.Will also be getting some l-carnitine for summer time. It's been 5 1/2 weeks doing this program have lost 7kgs. Diet is strict and starting to use heavier weights. Did 280kg 3x10.. Gonna up the weight next time gonna shoot for 300kg and see what happens..
