Currently trying to put on some more size before summer so thinking about increasing my supp intakeWas thinking of adding a good multi-vit (I know these are generally good anyway), BCAA's and Glutaime. Looking at about $100 for a couple of month supply so just wondering if there is much gain to be had and whether its value for money? Current diet consists of eating a decent amount, mostly carbs and protein.Will also be getting some l-carnitine for summer time. It's been 5 1/2 weeks doing this program have lost 7kgs. Diet is strict and starting to use heavier weights.
