Nah my guy is the complete opposite.

He is writing me program's and meal plans. We are working off a Hypotrophy program ATM and it is completely smashing me...

I have close to throwing up in the middle of the gym more times in the last 2 weeks than I have in the 12 months of training before it.

Not working out hard enough if you're not throwing up Wingnut!!! lol

I would throw up every 2nd set when getting trained legs..

There are arguments that dextrose is good for spiking insulin and it helps with the uptake of creatine.

Maltodextrin has less calories in it than sugar. It's produced from processing starch in foods like potato and rice.

You can add it to a pre/post workout shake. Not sure it would taste good by itself in water.

Personally I wouldn't bother with either though. Stick to the basics and make sure you're eating enough. If you need sugar eat a banana pre/post workout. They're a good source of potassium.

only asked as I found it in pantry. I put a little dextrose in some water before gym today. dissolved and made the water a little sweeter. lol. tasted nice actually. kinda like a mizone drink.

Yeah I think it has some use in cooking and brewing too. It's in a lot of those packet cakes and is used as an artificial sweetener.

So does anyone here to pull ups for chest/back? Are these worth doing?
