We are working off a Hypotrophy program ATM and it is completely smashing me... I have close to throwing up in the middle of the gym more times in the last 2 weeks than I have in the 12 months of training before it. I love it

Take it like jelly beans before or after going to the gym for an instant energy hit.

Maltodextrin has less calories in it than sugar. It's produced from processing starch in foods like potato and rice. You can add it to a pre/post workout shake. Not sure it would taste good by itself in water. Personally I wouldn't bother with either though. Stick to the basics and make sure you're eating enough. If you need sugar eat a banana pre/post workout. They're a good source of potassium. Edited 08/08/13 04:02 AM by _Velocity_

It's in a lot of those packet cakes and is used as an artificial sweetener. So does anyone here to pull ups for chest/back? Are these worth doing?
