Didn't see freaky because he's paper thin. Gonna have 6 weeks off now, spewing because I finally got into a routine and was constant

I respect the effort that goes into a set of abs like that but on a chick, IMHO, it looks too masculine.

Also that is one big f*ck off dog. Looks like she's been feedin it roids.

I have started seeing a trainer over the last couple of weeks and holy sh*t it has been the best thing I have ever done. Ill probably only see him maybe once or twice a week and go the other 2 or 3 times myself but for those 45 mins I have with him I am in constant pain and struggle like I could never have imagined.

He has dropped basically all my weights and in some cases almost a 1/4 of what I was doing but I am getting better workouts than I ever had in the 12 months that I had been going solo. He has also put together a great diet and has offered ongoing free consultation.

Its not for everybody I know and it can be very hit and miss with who you end up with at times but I cannot speak highly enough of my experience so far. I would suggest anyone like me that has only been training for a year or so to go see a good trainer and get them to pick apart your form, diet, split ALL of what goes into training.

Ahh okay. Yeah I tried out a bloke at my old gym about a year ago (before Pazzo) and he wasn't any good. Didn't seem motivated at all and liked the generic lifestyle gym workouts. He had no intention of including squats, deads or any of those good compound exercises.

Thanks STIFLR, I've asked lucky before I broke my foot.

Thought I'd try the maxs program for the first 4 weeks as its my first week back.

I've lost 2kgs so far very very happy, old saying you are what you eat.
