Since I've my broken foot its now been 6 weeks that I havern't stepped foot in a gym & trained. :(

I was thinking of hitting the gym next week and entering that muscle max challenge but in still limping and have only just started to walk again.

Best I take it easy but eat strict again as of Monday cause I've become a couch potato not being able to do nothing.

So...

Is anyone here thinking of entering?

I can't watch muscle tv when I'm eating, makes me feel guilty for the last 6 weeks.

I can eat good but won't be able to do squats leg press & calves.

You should try nd do it aswell Trent.

Can of baked beans 400grms has 22grams of Protien and 20grams of fibre.. 400 calories... Add it to 2 bits of toast and that's 30grams Protien and 600 calories... Not a bad bulking meal at all.
