^^^Excuses, I used to have chicken legs now they look like tree stumps.I think we need to sit you down and put you on a program Freaky, best way to do it.

You need me to teach you how to train legs... Took Nic over a week to recover.

I have dodgy knees so I can't go too heavy

I have the biggest calfs ever, ask vaz

I've got dodgy knees also freaky, just don't lock them during a set. Or rest your hands on them to assist. I've also seen a few guys wrap there knees with straps while squatting or leg press

It was almost two weeks I couldn't walk properly down stairs. It was drop setting leg extensions and donkey calf raises which destroyed me. Last time I missed out on the leg extensions and was fine afterwards.

My leg day consists of:

Squats

Leg Press

Leg Ext

Unilateral hammy curls (because knee reco)

Lunges or bilateral hammy curl

Donkey Calf Raises

3 sets of at least 8 reps with the last set being a drop set.

Kim you're probably going to find for upper outside of traditional exercises unit may be hard to replicate what others do depending on what machines you have available at your particular gym.

Try to go to failure on each set after a few warm up sets increasing weight as I go..

Bout to get into Protein powders, gonna give Optimum Nutrition 100% whey a go.. Mainly to help with recovery and obviously more protein..

Dymatize Elite Whey is what I'm using now. Tastes good and doesn't clump. Lots of flavours to choose from and isn't as expensive as some of those other ones. Only con is it isn't hydrolysed like some of those really dear ones.

My job is 100% walking and climbing stairs.

I'm not keen On a leg session that leaves me sore for a week, I cant afford that to happen to me lol.

Sound like a puussy but I don't care
