Saw this bloke at gym today...

Used about 10 machines in about 4 minutes.. Set the weights one or 2 above the lightest and literally did one set as quick as he could then onto the next machine. All the while looking around like a hero, seeing who was looking at him..

Used leg press, jumped off. Then this chick jumped on and added 50kg on top of what I did.

Fugg I'm weak lol

^^^Excuses, I used to have chicken legs now they look like tree stumps.

I think we need to sit you down and put you on a program Freaky, best way to do it.

Need some data in here.

How high are you what do you weigh body fat percentage age etc etc.

Me

41

181 cm

112 kg

18 percent body fat.

Aim

105 kg

10 percent body fat.

Also the weight lifting community is a caring sharing one.

Put in your favourite workout or your favourite cut diet.

Lets learn from each other.

I was doing over-grasp heaves yesterday for some pt. Tried to do one too many and pulled a muscle in my neck :(

now I'm walking around with my head tilted to the right haha
