I was wondering why my works pants were not tight anymore, over the last month or so I have been doing some long hours at work. about 10-12hours basically everyday. for those that dont know I have a very physical job, rack up about 10kays a day walking, plus physical lifting/carrying sh*t etc.

jumped on the scales tonight and I have lost just over 5 kilos.

fkn pissed!

stupid work.

^^^I have been training strict with good diet, intense cardio plenty of sleep and have noticed massive results with size.

Point is and I will say it again eat plenty drink plenty of water and get a good nights sleep ... You will see results.

I'm having a holiday from gym as I have a massive injury that was so unexpected, very upset after been so good for the last 2-3months
