I took your advice and coupled that with a lot of study and going by what my friends and family are saying it seems to be really paying off. Each week I see a new vein or extra separation. My legs have gone from being a weak point to one of my strongest. It's probably the biggest difference between me and every other mid sized gym junkie as you really don't see a lot of people working legs until failure. 6 months ago I remember struggling on leg press to push 2 plates each side for 1 set now I'm up to 7 each side for 12-15 x 3. Getting fit, building muscle, studying nutrition is by far the best thing that I have come across. I honestly can't imagine ever not being motivated to do this.
