Had a sh*t day at the gym. Everything felt 20% heavier than usual. Only managed 8 reps at 190kg on deadlift, was aiming for 10. Even the kb swings felt tougher than usual.

Live to lift another day though

Going through that now. Putting it down to the last 3 days bieng 10, 12 1/2, and 14 hour days and getting no were near enough food in.

Concrete plan fudged a mix up, didn't dry till 6pm Monday.

Yesterday they were 4 hours late, so same problem.

Killing my gains. 89.0 lightest I've been all year.

Am lovin bein back at nitro.

Anyone here train at nitro around 6pm?

I couldnt crack 85kg before injuring my shoulder.

Now 6 months at desk job and no training has seen me put on 6-7kg of flab :(

Pazzo keeps lettin me down also. Been training myself because hes a little girl.
