Im new to the gym scene. Currently been going 6 days a week sunday being rest day. I have my 4000 calories a day with help of a whey protein. I have an extremely high metabolism and have about 10% body fat from years of martial arts weighing currently 62kg im 5'8 tall.

As a strength guage when I started I was dumbell chest pressing 12kg and now im pushing 28kg each hand.

I have seen some visual gains mainly in my abs, tricep and traps.

I find my strength is gaining fast but I guess I expected a little more dramatic visual change.

Time will tell I have not lost the focus to go every day religiously.

I train different muscle group per day but try to fit chest in twice a week with a 2 day gap Inbetween

How long have you been working out Cizzink? You seem to know what you're doing so just be patient it takes time. Make sure you're getting in enough protein in with those calories and don't be afraid to do a little cardio maybe 2-3 times a week. It will help you build muscle faster.

I have only been at it for almost 2 months but im on holidays up north no gym here for 2 weeks.

I had no clue but I watched plenty of videos and people at my gym are more then happy to help me with technique and such.
