freaky we all started doing 4 x 10 @ 15kg plates

get your form squared away first, then your strength will follow. dont give up, and dont be put off if everyone else at your gym is pushing 4 x 10 @ 80. *beep* em.

Exactly.... The first time I did bench after 10 years away from the gym I couldn't even do 1 plate each side. I was horrified but I dropped the weight to 15kg DB. Within a couple of months I was up to 30s. Keep at it!
