Does CT squat or deadlift or does he just curl? That's all I've seen him do in his videos.

Watch he's videos.. Guy holds more records than you have had hot dinners.. And farking natural mind you..

I was told by a Pro Bodybuilder at Nitro..

No such thing as over training... But there is under eating!!!

If you train 3 hrs a day but eat enough food to Aid recovery, you will not over train. As long as you give that Body part enough rest all should be good.
