One day its barbel and the second its db.. Triceps extensions WTC, what is WTC? But I do tricep extensions and have come a long way from where I started on them lol... He's very hardcore but it also contradicts what a lot of other people say. Dorian Yates 6x Olympia is a great example. Train 45mins on a 4 day split. 2 on 1 off 2 on 1 off. He's Blood and Guts DVD is awesome. It comes down to what you want to achieve and a lot of other factors in your life. CTs clip about how he got 22" natural arms is a good one :-pI don't think you can over train really, but rest is important for me to deal with soreness. I have seen him do most things in his videos but I would assume he doesn't go super heavy due to the metal valve in his chest keeping his heart from exploding.
