How many months or years of training have you, Adam and Goliath done to achieve the results you have now?

Cause f*ck ive been training now seriously (well at a proper gym) for maybe 5-6 months and I cant imagine ever doing those numbers anytime soon...

I'm fairly short 5'8 @ 113kg. Been in the gym for 10 years now, but a lot of my size has come from playing rugby all my life and at quite a high level in my junior years. Have probably only been seriously dedicated in the gym the last 4-5 years. Has helped having various serious training partners throughout the years to help push me, as well as a lot of friends who have competed in bodybuilding comps. Ideally would like to walk around between 95-100kg. While these numbers sound impressive, they are more wank factor than anything, although I am contemplating trying some powerlifting comps.

FYI I have never touched gear and don't ever intend to, I'm a big enough human as it is :)

Also the second knee reco I had in August last year really pushed me to get back in the gym as quick as possible and get my strength back, which is now increased from before surgery.

The shorter the better for squats. Levers are much shorter.

My brother and I are contemplating doing a powerlifting comp in Brisbane in June.

What's your deadlift like Goliath?

Haven't gone heavy on deads for a while, but it was atleast 230kg 1RM, but at it's peak was 250kg 1RM. Won't get a chance to try it this week as I'm off to NZ, but I'm not to confident that it has grown much, which is why I plan to up the back sessions.

Nice mate. I've swapped from the Olympic bar to SSB for squats to build up core strength. It put 20kg on my deads last time in 2 months. Has already pushed it up from 225 to 240. Hoping for 250 by April.
