Just something to think about if your work is fairly physical.. My routine is prob the same as yours and like stiffy said what I do on Mondays I repeat on Friday and start the cycle again... I recover quick as but can't train Wednesdays, so it works well. Also freaky ladder is they excuse, I run around all day carrying all sorts of heavy sh*t up across sh*t ground.
