Why do you need to do dumbbell decline? I know I'm going to get flamed here but I have taken dumbbell presses out completely and have had the best results just doing barbell and hammer strength presses.

My gym only has a portable decline chair.. If it had a fixed decline machine ill be fine, always done dumbbell decline though with a partner

When I have done Db decline, I would sit on the bench lift the db's onto my knees (or get someone to) then lower myself back bringing the db's to my chest

Would be better to steam your broccs than to boil Wingnut. You lose alot more of nutritional value when you boil.

My split for the most part is;

Chest, shoulders, tri's

Back, bi's

Legs, abs

yer similar to what im going to try

how does this look

mon - legs

tues - chest/tri's

wed - back/bi's

Thurs - Shoulders

what can I do friday? need to throw in abs somewhere too.
