Most proteins taste ok these days but I wouldn't say they are overly enjoyable. I take Hyperwhey from Nutrabolics. All there stuff seems to suit me and they have a huge list of pros supporting their product so it's not a bad option. As for pre workout you need to try a few and get something that suits you.
