I had stopped doing legs now for 3 weeks thinking that between cross country cycling and road cycling I would be doing enough (roughly 3-5hrs a week) turns out I was wrong.. ive been flicking over my rides thru strava and have found im gradually getting a tad slower each time, since I stopped my leg workouts.

Looks like Legs are back on the cards. Probly just going to focus on front and back squats mostly tbh.

IMO they are the most useful to do (obviously inc. deadlifts).

Hey Pazz,

That was a great video. Just goes to show that motivation can push you through anything that stands in your way...

Motivation like that is seriously a priceless tool.

What amazes me Stifler is he is drug free.. Been tested 100s of times.. And he's farking over 50 years old and looks like that.. That video has really got me pumped to hit the weights hard again..

Yeah bloody oath, its ridiculous!! Can only imagine to look like that now let alone when im 50.

Wheres MADF6 when you need him?? That asian bloke put on 50lbs in a year naturally.
