Have made some solid gains on my lifts at about 5months knee reco post op. Also have recently started back on the preworkout's. Good to get in the gym and have the drive to through some big ass weights around.

Bench 130x9 - Not happy with this, although did a fairly comfortable 110kgx10 incline
Box Squat 150x10 - Works outs to about a 200 1RM, which is almost where I was before

DL 180x8 - Which is also getting closer to where I was before

Would like these lifts to progress to the following stats this year
Bench 180 1RM - previously hit 170kg, don't feel the need to shoot any higher, although 200kg is a nice number haha
Squat 250 1RM - was about 210 1RM previously
Deadlift 280/300 1RM - was 250 1RM

I will not be playing sport this year which gives me the opportunity to focus on strength and conditioning all yeah. Going to be interesting to see how it goes as I also want to drop to 100kg by end of April (currently 113kg/114kg).

Depending how I go, I may give a powerlifting comp a go, which many people suggested to me when I was fully fit.
