I wasn't hating on anyone. On the contrary where I studied my double degree I was taught to be objective and it's my right not to agreed with everything I'm told. Even "EVEN" if stiflr was able to put on a lean 20kgs of muscle in 14 months "naturally", which if it is true he should be on an Olympia stage, 99% of people shouldn't expect to get anywhere near the same results. I would say 5kgs of lean muscle naturally per year would be the upper limit and that's if you tick all the boxes (diet, rest, training). I wasn't being smart about asking for a pic either. I didn't think this was unreasonable especially for someone who's been in a competition as I would think they would have many. If you think I'm just going to take someone's word after making such a claim then you need to re-read your own advice. PS I have a masters too - not in health but it teaches you research skills, so take that on board if you plan on doing one.

I do like your point though about these forums and how "some" people blindly seek advice from them because they're not able to tell the difference (not speaking about stiflr). It's funny how the guys with educated backgrounds or years of experience (or both) get overlooked in favour of the guy with the "tuff avatar", or the witty comment about a new supplement. I mean they would pay big dollars in gyms, etc for the same advice and it's offered on here for free by guys who want to give up their own personal time to help others.

Not sure who your referring too and I don't really care, why leave when you know so much when everybody's body is different what works for one may not for the other as you would know.

Not many of us out there that love training so keep on posting, the gym is like my second family !

You make a lot if good points MADF6 but being educated doesn't mean you know more than the bloke who isn't, especially about his own body. Not saying that's what you meant but I find a have received a lot of bogus advice from people in the fitness game that sent me backward but have come leaps and bounds with a lot of the info I have grabbed in this thread. Whether it be training splits, supplementation, nutrition or injury recover. I'm extremely happy with my results so far and I did it with very knowledge and no assistance from anyone else outside of this thread. They have kept me informed and extremely motivated and have done it because they are passionate and give a sh*t and obviously for free.

Dbol FTW.. Only 1 way to get big.. Steroids which I am a advocate for.. You khunts want to get big? Start shooting up plain and simple. Stop wasting your time eating clean and only putting so and so weight on.. Stop farking around and get on it.. Once you do you will love it.. I did.
