I been doin 5am. Undecided if I like it better than 3-4pm. Both have their plus's and negatives.

Knackered after work so cbf training.

Train 5am then cbf working.

I train after work as I am too f*cked if I go before and I find if I just get myself in there I forget that Im tired.

Freaky-an early start at gym is 5am a 7am get up be at gym at 8 is a sleep no matter what day is.

I used to love training in the afternoon or at night but mixed it up and started training in the mornings an havern't looked back. I did struggle the first week or 2 but certainly felt better.
