Seen this guy at the gym today.. Massive pecs and lats.. Think he skips the leg department though

looks like nearly every bloke at my gym

fitness first sylvania, the only gym where you'll struggle to get a freehand barbell to curl, or a bicep curler, but there's never a line up on the calf raises or leg press....

My brother trains at that FF. been there a couple of times and there are some big units there. One dude would have been close to 280lbs and barely 5"10. He was a f*cking monster, biggest dude I have ever seen.

Doing sqauts today I upped the weight again by 10 so only 90kg and as I pushed up I was feeling I sharp pinching almost burning sensation on the right side of my pelvis. Hernia maybe?

Done legs for the first time in about 2 weeks... I did a big cardio sesh and the legs didnt pull up well so gave them time to rest up. Hit them hard today, set a few PB's so it was good.. gonna be a tuff few days trying to use them lol..

Also hit 110kg.. yea buddy 10kg more till I reach my goal, then may have to move the goal posts back depending, im thinking ~90kg would be best but ill be stoked to reach 100kg coming from ~130+kg...
