hey guys just started at the gym in camperdown(sydney). not not a fat bloke just looking to get a bit fitter. wouldnt mind bulking a small amount but dont want to look big just want to look cut and a bigger then what I am as im not built at all haha. any tips would be much appreciated as to what nutirents or anything I should take?

go to the gym 2-3 times a week and do a 4km run(not on a cheating treadmill) twice a week. I figured heaps iof cardio will get me cut?

Yeah Henz. Found out I'm Gluten and Lactose intolerant which has helped as well.

Haha, nowhere near as much fun as it sounds after months of the brown rain.

I can eat as much steak as I want though so I'm cool with it.

a trainer would need more info from you.

would need you height, current weight. body fat etc. what do you eat. what are your goals.

ideally need a heap of info about you to properly help you.
