I don't have a bicep routine. Guy I train with is crazy anti bicep/ tricep days.

Do a arms shoulder day but hardly any focus on curling.

Yeah I don't curl either. Basically don't do any arm stuff. My whole weekly routine consists of

Deadlift. Sumo dead lift high pull.

Back squat. Front squat to push press.

Power clean. Power snatch. Full snatch and full clean. Bench press and bent over rows.

Sometimes pull-ups and push-ups to mix it up.

Don't like isolated movements IMHO they seem like a waste of time, could be burning heaps more calories in less time.

Tested my 1RM for deads today at lunch. Managed a single at 500lb, while fasted and a touch hung over. Have just cracked the 40lb mark for weight loss as well.

I'm back big time, but don't know if I want to jump on the gear again, will try natural see how I go and take it from there. When I was last in I was 118kg, I now weigh 100kg even. :( Thginking of going for a fit look than a huge look, but loved it when I was big.

Haha good Pazz.. GO HUGE!!!! and then cut up...

I spoke to my trainer about getting on the gear and doing an IFBB comp next year.. He reckons I should take the natural way as far as I can first.

Very very few IFBB pros that are natural and I think only 1 has ever qualified for the Olympia. That I know of at least and he didn't compete.

I find rope pull ups or the opposite to a triceps pull down good for my bicep also 21's seem to give me the best pump and I noticed a difference in how much size I was putting on when I took them out of my routine.

I wouldnt mind doing a session with some of you big guys. I am wanting to compete sometime next year as I have a mate that has won a few trophies at the VIC and AUS amateurs and he recommends it and any tips or hints would be awesome.
