2 months into 1st ever weight training and I'm still doing PB's weekly.

Started at 115kgs but 2 months later as of today I'm at 117.

I'm 6.3

Going for another Pb tomorrow morning 100 kg Military Press.

100kg military press? are you sure its a Military press Matt? Or am I the only one that struggles with those?

I do both and still no change.. My whole bicep routine is

Dumbell curls, preacher, close grip, pull ups

pfft, piss that smith machine off!! Your better off lowering the weight and using the barbell. Activate your stabilizers!!

Use to love hitting the military press. Was doing 110kgx6 (mind you, a lot of line out lifting in rugby does help this a lot). Haven't done it as much recently due to niggly shoulder injuries.

'
