Sometimes they will give you a bottle with it to try. Or you could just ask them for one haha

My friends have never pulled a groin muscle doing squats. Anyone care to speculate why? My form didn't appear to be any different to what I've used for last 6 months. Coles do shaker bottles with a BSC protein powder in them.. Like a sample for 6 bucks..And MR_4.0 not recently.. This is going back years when I was huge on the fitness thing and alot skinnier.. Pulled a groin muscle unbelievably on a leg press with 200kg on it.. Only thing I could chalk it up to was I changed my warm up routine (walked/jogged to gym about 15 minutes instead of driving and then spin biking for 20 or so minutes).. Still no real idea why but it only happened once.. Same as you form seemed as good as normal.sh*t it hurt though..

How heavy were you going? If it was heavier than usual, there is also a chance the muscle weren't stable at that weight causing one side to overcompensate. Battery operated.. Throw everything in, even ice and presto you have a protien smoothie. Best $50 I have spent. Will throw some pics up if it.
