Really Wingnut? Would have thought broccs is one on the best vegetables, nutrient wise you can eat.

This is what I have 4 times a day, lunch/dinner with a cooked protein, morning and afternoon tea with tuna

So.. Met with the personal trainer this morning for breakfast..

Measured Weight and Body Fat % (Using scales so not very accurate).. Body fat was down 5% and weight was down 4kg.. So for a week and a half of serious eating and exercise. Quite happy.. Actually took some before pics on the weekend too.. Just to help motivate myself a bit..

Working out with my cousin today, was doing bench press, not even heavy about 20kg less than normal and somehow have f*cked my left shoulder.. The pain at the time was more in my upper chest, but now feels more like my shoulder. Hurts when I raise my arm and when I put weight on my arm like to get up it hurts. Its not a massive pain but you notice it, hope its just a little something cause I dont think I will be able to do anything gym/weight's wise in this condition. Did a warm up and all... fkn sux..

Just a guess because I obviously haven't seen you bench, but it may be wise to change your form so the bar touches lower on your chest (towards your stomach), and you tuck your elbows in more. It's very common to injure a shoulder bench pressing with flared elbows (upper arms at ~90 degrees to the body). You may not be able to lift as much weight like this but over time you'll get used to it.

Once again it all comes down to diet and training, broccoli is an amazing veggie to eat as it has so many nutrients.

Tuna chicken and steaks great source of protein along with 3-4 litres of water a day important on diet.

STIFLR all the best for this weekend if I don't see you at the gym.

Was working out at my cousins garage gym, so he hasnt got the best equipment, my form wasnt the best as I couldnt grip the bar as wide as I normally would, I was restricted by the bar not being long enough and the weight plates being too close to the centre.. The shoulder is feeling alot better today, I can support my weight on it so its on the mend, thank f*ck...

Your lucky mate, ive been struggling with my left shoulder for about 2 years. its really knocked me off my game and ive not been able to train properly since. I actually went to an osteopath this morning and had some treatment, I may need an ultrsound in a month or so to decide if I need key hole surgery or not

^^^^Is it something you did years back for your shoulder to feel like this?

I have a clicking in my shoulder but I did have tetness elbow from kick boxing that took years to recover, light training does help but hope it aint to bad for you.

All the best.

Second week of strict diet and its so hard !!!
