Usually only have breakfast 2-3 times a week. Works a treat, doesn't cost anything and you can eat what you'd normally eat for those meals. Win winThis worked bloody well for me recently. Dropped a few kgs cutting breaky and lunch on a few days and eating a dinner of something like chicken and broc most nights. I also belt out some decent runs a few nights a week. 6-8kms in 30-40mins. And keep my water intake up.

I saw a good little YouTube clip of Mr O talking about his meal plan and it consists of basically no greens. He gets most of those vitamins in other forms so there's really no need for them.Cook the broccoli!Really Wingnut? Would have thought broccs is one on the best vegetables, nutrient wise you can eat. This is what I have 4 times a day, lunch/dinner with a cooked protein, morning and afternoon tea with tuna
Wingnut Member 573 Member For: 16y 5m 25d Gender: Male Posted 04/10/12 11:14 AM Share Posted 04/10/12 11:14 AM I had a health check today and my blood is near on perfect. I get enough vitamins and nutrients in my diet without having to worry about killing the broccoli. that's more so what I meant, Im fine with it being just a filler. Im one of those lucky ones that love the taste of it plain.

Virtually nothing bad about them.

The pain at the time was more in my upper chest, but now feels more like my shoulder. Hurts when I raise my arm and when I put weight on my arm like to get up it hurts. Its not a massive pain but you notice it, hope its just a little something cause I dont think I will be able to do anything gym/weight's wise in this condition. Did a warm up and all... fkn sux..
