My wife recommends OPTIFAST as the only one that gives you adequate nutrition.. But she only reckons 1 per day.. Replace for lunch..

Shakes to replace meals can't just be a protein shake.. They actually need to be a meal replacement shake.. Ideal ones are optifast or Sustagen Hospital Formula

Optifast is not badly priced on ebay. Replace for lunch. Still have the 2 protein meals before and after workout in the afternoon and evening. Trying to do two things at once without having one negatively affect the other is all I am concerned about. Getting my body fat down to around 12-15% is my goal. Not sure if that is unrealistic or not in the time frame I have planned but we'll see.
