Different meal replacements have different things in them.. My wife recommends OPTIFAST as the only one that gives you adequate nutrition.. But she only reckons 1 per day.. Replace for lunch..

Nay.

As stated above, you cant beat a protein plus steamed vegies, add some nuts (no peanuts) for your essential fats, brown rice and your done.

Nic I have a shake when I feel the need to have a snack - ask Dre which one he buys, cause its awesome.

I wouldnt replace a meal with one though.

Again.. Shakes to replace meals can't just be a protein shake.. They actually need to be a meal replacement shake..

Ideal ones are optifast or Sustagen Hospital Formula

Yeah that's what I was thinking SDP. Optifast is not badly priced on ebay.

Replace for lunch. Still have the 2 protein meals before and after workout in the afternoon and evening.

Trying to do two things at once without having one negatively affect the other is all I am concerned about.

Getting my body fat down to around 12-15% is my goal. Not sure if that is unrealistic or not in the time frame I have planned but we'll see.

I'm due for a progress report on body fat % and things like that this week - keen to see how much I've actually lost. Pretty sure I started at 33% 12 weeks ago

but still in 32 jeans when every young fella in melbourne is rockin 28's, what happens if you get a bit of blood in those pants, poor jr has nowhere to go.
