Was a lot of body fat there mate. Still probably got an easy 10 to go.

Haven't done any Olympic still lifting mate. Just the big 3.

OLYMPIA NEXT WEEKEND!!

Being streamed live on the Olympia website on our Saturday and Sunday mornings. Was a good watch last year but im guessing it wont be as exciting with Jay and Victor pulling out. It will basically be the battle for second which will be awesome!

Does anyone go to any shows down here in Melbourne? Amateur or pro?

125.0kg this morning! It's still coming off.

Managed 3 reps at 200kg deadlift today which I was pretty damn happy about!

So I managed to grab a gym membership that's gonna do me for most of the locations I work..

Target is weight loss and general fitness.. Turn the fat into muscle again.. Haven't done any serious running in about 8 months and it was my main form of exercise.

Starting weight 105kg..

Starting simple.. Just a protein/meal replacement shake for breakfast after exercise. Not interested in major supplementation or anything.

My question is though.. I'm not good at any form of Intense physical work after eating (spent years starting work at 10pm and first meal wasn't till after gym around 9 or 10 the following morning).

Should I be forcing a couple slices of bread or the shake into my gut before early morning exercise or am I right to leave it till after?

First workout session this morning..

Made the mistake of doing warm up on treadmill..

Light work out of just about every other muscle group..

Pretty extreme workout on legs (Considering I haven't done anything for a very long time).

Then tried to get back on the treadmill..

Whoops..

SDP.. If you're trying to lose weight stay away from bread, I wouldn't be having any at all.

Also fat doesn't turn into muscle.

Good job on the early morning session!!!
