When people do deadlifts like a squat with a back like a horseshoe then thrust 5seconds after they have picked It up.

Try to give them advice to only get it thrown in your face..

Want to knock them the f*ck out. But think to myself they will hurt themselves just as bad without my interference :)

LOL... this young bloke at the gym, was doing shoulders, the front raises with dumbbells. He was lifting way beyond is capabilities he was rocking his whole body back and forward gaining momentum to lift the weight. Looked like he was trying to root the air lol.. You see alot of people doing the wrong things, I may also have not the best form, but you cant really go to everyone and tell em.

At my gym we have PT's that are around, but they dont really help people, only when they have a class or an assessment they do anything..

So a week into using Albuterex....I feel that it is working, I'm not keeping an eye on the scales but my pants are starting to get looser. I don't notice any major crash point in the afternoon so that's good. I'm sleeping well too. Energy at the gym is fine, although its not supposed to be a pre-workout pump, you take it in the morning and mid afternoon to keep your metabolism working (good for me as I sit at a desk most of the day).

The things to be aware of:

It does get you buzzing in the morning, I do not suggest you drink/eat any caffeinated products after taking Albutarex - you'll buzz off your head - particularly if just a normal coffee gets you going.

I would suggest easing into the dosage too. The first time I used it I only took half a scoop and the effect was quite strong. As mentioned previously in this thread I'm fairly tall and heavy (6'3"/120kg) so I guess someone that was a smaller build may experience a stronger sensation.

You are supposed to take it in the morning before breakfast - this gives me a slightly odd feeling like nausea, but only lasts for around 5 minutes and its not a very strong feeling. This could also vary depending on size and how strong your stomach is.

Is the product any good?

Personally I think it is helping me reach my goals, it has increased my metabolism and it also slightly suppresses my appetite. I don't think I would take it if I had a more active job or if I could get to the gym more often than I do now. Like most supplements you can achieve the same results naturally or by working harder, but if you are short on time then this is a good option IMO

How do you find craze? I'm considering buying some. I've only ever used beta cret and hemo rage.

Craze was No.1

Now its waste of money since they removed the good stuff.
