Nit good when your tying to gain. Tried tinned chicken the other day at work, me and a mate bought 6 tins each, a lettuce and 6 pack Lebanese bread. This. was oyr food for the day haha. Safe to say it tastes Like the snell of catfood, but still filled me uo so I don't care! Guess itd be good if you were out bush, on a boat or something like that. Nose and sinus all clogged up, wont be able to get enough air in..So... I dont want to get heavier or put much more muscle on at this point, I wanna lean out. Wats the best way to do this?
