No hoody, shorts and a t-shirt or I sweat like a you know what... Nit good when your tying to gain. Tried tinned chicken the other day at work, me and a mate bought 6 tins each, a lettuce and 6 pack Lebanese bread. This. was oyr food for the day haha. Safe to say it tastes Like the snell of catfood, but still filled me uo so I don't care! Guess itd be good if you were out bush, on a boat or something like that.

Why do some people spend 10% training and 90% looking in the mirror..

Heard of the 'wog out' its kinda like a work out, but when at the gym you just do bicep curls and talk sh*t with mates and leave lol...

iv mentioned iv been off for the last 2 weeks. but had sore shoulder (staino gave me his sore shoulder) and sore wrist (not *beep*)

back into it this week now.

next target 75kg by end of year.

Lazy Stifler, got little man boobies and a pot. Gone real soft lost alot of size aswell. Just got to get in once to get the bug back, it's just getting there that once though.

Ah no good mate.. Hate getting the cbfs when it comes gym. As you know though it all bounces back quickly.

Ive been sick the last couple of days and have still gone, am fairly weak though, havent been doing any cardio cause I reckon id pass out lol.. Nose and sinus all clogged up, wont be able to get enough air in..

So... I dont want to get heavier or put much more muscle on at this point, I wanna lean out. Wats the best way to do this? More reps not so heavy? How many we talking?
