I've found the more exercise I do, the less it hurts.

First time I did legs properly it took me a week to recover. Now its not even a day.

If you're finding you're doing 3x12 reps easily, its time to up the weight.

How sore are you guys a day or 2 after you workout a particular muscle? When I first did legs at the gym I was f*cked for days, but now 2 weeks since, I pull up fine. I have increased the weight 2 times now and kept the same sets/reps. last set im usually at failure by the end.. All my other muscles are pretty much the same. I do mix up my exercises too.. Am I going hard enough?

Im pretty much sore after every training session and I train 6 says a week. But I've found some muscle groups dont get as sore as others but they're still sore, if you know what I mean.

Are you only going to failure on the last set?

Well my last set is to failure so I dont think im doing them easily.. 3x10 is what I do, its just that it doesnt feel like ive had a good workout if im not sore much the next day, but then again I dont wanna strain or f*ck something up trying to do too much.. Think ill just have to keep upping the weight ey..

Like today did shoulders, all my exercises I did, my last set by say 8/10 I could barely lift the weight at 10 I was straining to get the last one in.. cant see how you could go harder. Also went on speed ball and punching bag to give them a lil pump at the end. More weight less reps maybe? I'll see how I pull up tomorrow..

Did chest tuesday,, tri's still hurt today.. Still gonna do arms today though

Ps. Gyms finally got a decline bench,, downfall is it wobbles

Was trying for 5 days,, was to sore weds and felt like crap yesterday.. Tri's still killing me but still gonna rip the sh*t out of them in 15 mins
