When I first did legs at the gym I was f*cked for days, but now 2 weeks since, I pull up fine. I have increased the weight 2 times now and kept the same sets/reps. last set im usually at failure by the end.. All my other muscles are pretty much the same. I do mix up my exercises too.. Am I going hard enough?Im pretty much sore after every training session and I train 6 says a week. But I've found some muscle groups dont get as sore as others but they're still sore, if you know what I mean.Are you only going to failure on the last set? Think ill just have to keep upping the weight ey..Like today did shoulders, all my exercises I did, my last set by say 8/10 I could barely lift the weight at 10 I was straining to get the last one in.. cant see how you could go harder. Also went on speed ball and punching bag to give them a lil pump at the end. More weight less reps maybe? I'll see how I pull up tomorrow..
