Was ok.. Got lazy and took 2 weeks off lol.. Hard to get those extra 2 reps in when your by yourself.. f*cked up my incline chest with dumbells,, wasnt incline enough and ended up workong shoulders and took everything out of me

2 weeks off isn't good. Yeah it is, but that's when its better to get the contraction quality right throughout the set instead of trying to get more numbers.

Im just a lazy *beep*.. When I joined a gym 6 years ago I was going for a whole year 5/6 days a week.. Then stopped for a couple of years was on and off.. Was paying 800 a year for nothing for 3 years.. Joined again this year and gradually getting motivated,, just hard being alone

How were your results when you were going all the time?

I know what you mean, I've always had a training partner up until last year, and now training by myself, half the time I cant be ar$ed but its gotta be done!
