Here's mine;

Monday: 40min cardio

Tuesday: 1 hour 40 min cardio

Wednesday: 1 hour on upper body

Thursday: 40min cardio

Friday:1 hour 40 min cardio

Saturday: 2 hours on whole body, mainly legs.

Sunday: SFA

I normaly have 1 week off very 4 months and do 5x5 sets. All proiten from food.

Majority of the cardio is riding to work and home the rest is squash.

Works well for me :)

10000calories is what a woman will eat over 2 weeks haha, think I might have to jumP up in calories as not moving of 114.5kg. It's been a week now still same weight, but seen to be leaning up which I don't really want at the moment.Steve(Stifler) is that comp at Camberwell town hall? If so might come for a looksee as natural comps have super hot women competing.

Found out details about the comp Pazzo. 30th September is the date, Union Hall Latrobe Uni, Bundoora. I'll be in the novice class as it will be my first comp. Details can be found at http://www.anbvictoria.com.au/

Thanks mate, nah actually going backwards, dropping weight and size. Upped my calorie intake and changed my program but in 3 weeks dropped from 114kg to just over 110kg. Might have to look at redoing a few things and see what happens. Could be old age is catching up to me as hit 40 next year. Haha. Drove past you're gym last night about 7pm was packed.

No good!! Have you had a couple of big weekends on the p!ss?? That always gets me. Haha na still have plenty of time in ya!

Yep I was there, that's the usual for a Monday or international CHEST day!!! Haha its drops off abit during the week but generally there abouts.

Nah don't drink, I will work through it. Think every gym world wide is Monday chest day. Reason I don't train Monday's at all.

Good on ya, im off it too now. Time to get serious!!! Yeah its annoying especially when a chest day for me falls on a monday which it did last night.

Was ok.. Got lazy and took 2 weeks off lol.. Hard to get those extra 2 reps in when your by yourself.. f*cked up my incline chest with dumbells,, wasnt incline enough and ended up workong shoulders and took everything out of me

Pazz im dropping weight and size too! But unlike you, im actually happy about that lol.

In three weeks I lost 2kg, 3% fat, and gained around 1.4kg muscle.
