Why so many calf workouts? Notice you have split your back workout, neck? Or you meaning traps? Splitting yor legs are not a bad idea, but that workout could be split into 5 days. 2 on 1 off 3on 1 off.I see what you guys mean by the other one being all over the place... TBH I decided it was a sh*t routine aswell which I found on some body building site.. I then decided to make 1 up for myself like the attach. in the prev. post. Should only require 3-4 exercises per muscle group.

That's a keepa!Stiflr I know it's alot of exercises.. I think I was there for 1.5hr's tonight straight after 1hr of kickboxing which also had 20min warm up on the bag.I don't mind doing so many exercises as I am now sure that I have given it my best.By the end my back was cooked and my biceps were burning and still are.. I couldn't lift sh*t at the end finishing bi's with an overhand grip on a bar from a cable at 35kg which I added to the routine.I'm not sure if there is something wrong but working with the 8-12 reps if I do any less exercises I feel like its not enough.. Maybe I need to go heavier but then I can't do the full 12 on the 1st set.. 5kg off and I can just punch out the 1st set. I have always been quick to recover though so maybe that's why I feel the need to "overdo it".What are your thoughts on this?I'm 6'4 and weigh 97 kg with sfa fat but I don't have abs yet..lol. I'm doing a measure in tomorrow for a ref. point plus all the weight and reps were doc. Tonight aswell for the Monday sesh I just did.Thanx guys Edited 12/06/12 01:31 PM by Kroozin

F'k me.. im in the gym for 45mins to 1hr MAX.What are your goals? If its to put on muscle mass, you're going to find it hard with this amount of exercise. Also how is you food intake? with all this exercise you're going to need a sh*te load of food.No doubt your back will be cooked, but that many exercises is not needed. You could easily get as good or if not better pump/workout with a total of 12 sets instead of the 24 sets you did. You just have to make each set count!! Concentrate on the movement/muscle more and make sure you squeeze the muscle as hard as you can. This will make sure you wont be able to 'just punch' out a set.
