Good stuff mate.

If you want to do a couple of kick boxing training sessions a week you need to group the muscle groups. Something like chest/shoulders/tri's, back/bi's, legs/abs would work. I would also have a rest day in there each week. You don't want to overtrain.

tuesday- lats/calves

wednesday- quadriceps

thursday- shoulders/calves

friday- triceps/biceps

saturday- hamstrings/lower back/calves

sunday- abs/neck

man that's a big workout, within 6 weeks overtraining will kick in. Why so many calf workouts? Notice you have split your back workout, neck? Or you meaning traps? Splitting yor legs are not a bad idea, but that workout could be split into 5 days. 2 on 1 off 3on 1 off.
