If wanting to lose weight quick and maintain muscle there is one diet that can do that. I do it at the start of a diet for only about 3 weeks,but have known people to do it longer but do not recommend it.

It's the banana and protien shake diet, every 3 hours you have a protien shake with water and 1 medium banana. You can lose 2 to 3 kg a week with weights and cardio combined. Every second shake add some fibre, and also have multi vitamin twice a day.

Pro bodybuilder taught me that, but like I said no longer than 2 to 3 weeks, can go longer but do not recommend. You can also substitute a shake for a tin of tuna if you like. Yes banana's are carbs but enough to make you lose weight as there are a quick carb, maybe the whole day you be lucky to take in 150 to 180 grams of carbs with this diet.

I've been on a protein diet, dunno how much I've lost, but fark my turds are like bark when the come out lol.. Cant imagine that diet hahha

For the first 2 weeks it was just protein, with oats for brekkie being the only fibre I was eating, now I'm alternating a day of protein and a day of protein+veg and taking multivitamins, so its better..

f*ck oath.. Up to 74.6 now

Only thing is vitargo is a wildberry flavor and protein is choc hunnycomb.. They mix better together then choc truffle

What were you before you started freeze? I was 57kg in when I was at my skinniest, but that was cause I was doing MMA 4 days a week training for a fight haha. At the moment I'm @ about 69.5, can't crack 70 it's doing my head in!!! I could probably eat more... But I will end up sending myself broke trying to afford food >:(

Pazz, have you competed before? I've got 5 weeks until I start cutting before I compete in October, would you have any tips to get shredded?
