My gym has no decline press or decline benches so I improvised today,, not much decline but better then nothing.. Just the handles are a pain in the ass when sitting up and lying down

Really good snack high in protien, Beef jerky,44grams of protien per 100 grams. Cheap and can take anywhere.

no sh*t? didnt know that! arnt they salty as too??

and freeze lol. did you put those weights under the legs too??

Ive just started a new program

monday = upper body strength, 3 sets of max weight on all upper body (back, chest, shoulders, arms) (its a massive day of training and u walk out dead!)

tuesday= heavy legs

wednesday= rest

thursday = back and shoulders

friday= legs & abs

saturday= chest and arms again depending on how I feel

sunday= rest

personally im loving this routine, and in 4 weeks gained about 4kg lean muscle (not easy for me to put on weight), but im upto about 82kg now

jacked before, and 100%whey protein after and in mornings, eating 5 times a day

whats your thoughts on this program paz?
