Without diving over all 33 pages ^^^ what is the best Protein shake/Supplement I can buy to lose weight when I'm back at camp 3 weeks at a time?

I only eat and drink outta boredom I need a lifestyle change!!

Diet first though'

Anyone?

nothing will help you lose weight without excercise and healthy diet.....unless you take thyroid peptides ;)

but a WPI will work as long as you workout and diet

What are peoples thoughts on working out (cardio) before breakfast? Your body has no reserves and working out first thing in the morning makes it use stored fat for energy, but I also read that your body can break down muscle and use that also... which is what you don't want.. Pazz?

BCAA come into it Mika, buy that and have a scoop and then your body will save your muscle and use fat. Even a WPI protien shake would be good as its all protien and very minimal fats and carbs.

Something like scivation xtend? 0 carbs 0 fat, have a scoop of that before a workout, then have a normal breakfast..

I wouldn't recommend that mate, to loose fat you have to speed up your metabolism. To do that you actually need to eat more often, just the right stuff and the right amount. Also don't overlook weights, more muscle burns more calories. Just what I've pieced together from research.

Dillz is exactly right. You actually do the opposite of what you think you should be doing. 5-8 SMALL meals though out the day, much better than 2 or 3 big ones. The only shakes you would Wana be taking is whey after your workout. Creatine retains water, but will help with endurance slightly. Lots of chicken, veggies, fruit, tuna, beans. A coffee won't hurt you either.. Is a good preworkout as it dialates your blood vessels and ups your heart rate.
