Apologies for going back a couple of weeks but here's a shake a have a couple of times a day

1can coconut cream/milk

6 eggs

1scoop Protein powder

2 scoops Vitago powder/ handful of oats

Handful of Berries

Also add Macca powder,bee pollen and chia seed but not essential.

This is good for the guys the have stupidly fast metabolisms like me
